There are two
ways to register:
Register On-line
Complete the registration form
on-line, submit the form, and then proceed to the PayPal link at the
bottom of the confirmation page to make advance payment for the
total number of attendees. On-line registration reduces the amount
of administration and is, therefore, the preferred method of
payment.
Register By Mail
Complete the registration form
on-line, submit the form, print out the form and mail it with a
check or money order for the total number of attendees to:
